Overview
As part of the system migration initiative at Our Client Company, the Account Executive – Data Entry Support will play a key role in transferring and verifying data from the legacy system to the new platform. This position supports the Finance, Logistics, and Sales & Marketing (S&M) departments to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient data handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Migrate and input critical data from the old system into the new ERP/accounting platform.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial, logistics, and sales data during the migration process.
- Perform verification and reconciliation of migrated data to identify any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and S&M teams to clarify data-related issues or missing information.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data entered into the ERP system.
- Assist in data migration, validation, and system testing during ERP enhancements, upgrades, or new implementations.
- Maintain and update supporting documents and records in line with department requirements.
- Assist in testing and validating data entries post-migration to ensure system integrity.
- Support in generating reports as needed for internal stakeholders.
- Flag and report system or data anomalies to the project or IT team.
- Adhere to data confidentiality and security protocols throughout the migration process.
- Provide support for any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic understanding of finance, logistics, or sales processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle large volumes of data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
