- TalentAcquisition:Leadandexecutetalentacquisitioneffortsofcorporateentityandcertainrecruitmentsofothergroupentities,encompassingjobprofiling,sourcing,competency-basedselections,candidate managementandonboardingprocesses.
- PerformanceManagement:implementperformancemanagementprocessesincludingkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs)setupwithemployees,annualappraisalprocedures,performanceimprovement plans (PIPs), and competency-based appraisals.
