Job Summary \n\nThe Order to Cash (OTC) Accountant will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial and accounting processes within the Shared Service Center (SSC). The role involves supporting the OTC Manager and ensuring high-quality services for the entities serviced by the SSC. Execute end-to-end OtC processes, including payment processing, bank statement posting, allocations, and cash planning. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Ensure accurate financial postings in compliance with global accounting standards and SSC policies. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Monitor and maintain key balance sheet accounts (cash, bank, AR, and fleet-related accounts). \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Allocate incoming and outgoing payments within agreed SLAs; follow up on unallocated or unclear payments. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Maintain and optimize Auto Bank/automated clearing settings to improve straight-through processing. \n\t \n \n\nPayment & Bank Management: \n\n\n\t- \n\t
Prepare, validate, and review payment run files for accuracy and compliance. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Ensure timely payment approvals in line with the Group Finance Manual. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Update customer and vendor bank account details accurately and promptly. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accurate reflection of bank balances. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Maintain updated bank accounts, user access, signatories, and approvers according to governance requirements. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Coordinate training and onboarding for new system users on bank-related processes. \n\t \n \n\nCash & Liquidity Management: \n\n\n\t- \n\t
Use Group Liquidity Planning tools to assess and manage cash positions. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Collaborate with Financial Business Partners (FBPs) and Group Treasury to execute short-term and long-term liquidity plans. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Provide transparency on cash forecast accuracy and propose funding solutions when required. \n\t \n \n\nInternal Controls & Compliance: \n\n\n\t- \n\t
Execute tasks adhering to the ICS (Internal Control System) framework and internal control requirements. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Monitor compliance gaps and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Support internal and external audits by providing OTC-related documentation and addressing audit queries. \n\t \n \n\nProcess Improvement & Digitalization: \n\n\n\t- \n\t
Identify opportunities to automate or enhance OTC processes using digital tools and technologies (e.g., SAP features, RPA, BI tools). \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Challenge existing workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and service quality. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Participate in global standardization and optimization projects. \n\t \n \n\nStakeholder Management & Team Collaboration: \n\n\n\t- \n\t
Act as a trusted business partner to entities, treasury teams, FBPs, and other internal stakeholders. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Provide process insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Support onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing within the OTC team and cross-functional groups. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Contribute to building a collaborative, efficient, and service-oriented team environment. \n\t \n \n\nQualifications and Experience \n\n\n\t- At least 2–3 years of experience in the Order to Cash function.
\n\t- Hands-on experience with SAP and proficiency in its tools and features.
\n\t- Relevant finance or accounting qualification; professional certification is an advantage.
\n\t- Strong IT skills, with excellent knowledge of SAP.
