Job description:
- Support the Head of Marketing in developing and implementing brand marketing plans for key products, ensuring alignment with company strategy, budget, and targets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Design, Regulatory, Supply Chain, etc.) to support timely execution of New Product Development (NPD) and brand initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and rollout of brand activations, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies for new product launches and existing brands, including tracking performance and supporting post-campaign evaluations.
- Compile and analyze market data (market share, sell-in/sell-out) and provide monthly reports with actionable insights to guide brand decisions.
- Support the execution of brand launch campaigns and event activities in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Assist in planning and coordinating trade promotions, including promotional packs, working closely with the Trade Marketing team.
- Help monitor brand budgets and track Advertising & Promotion (A&P) expenses to ensure spend aligns with approved allocations.
- Monitor consumer trends, competitor activity, and market developments to support ongoing brand performance analysis.
- Work with the Visual, Brand & Communications (VBC) team to help create marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
- Participate in monthly inventory and sales forecast meetings, helping to track stock movement and flag any issues to the commercial team.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Trade Marketing teams to support the implementation of brand and trade plans.
- Assist in managing digital and social media activities as part of the overall marketing strategy.
- Ensure all brand communication complies with relevant healthcare product advertising regulations.a
