Job description:
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute brand marketing plans for key products, aligned with company strategy, budget, and targets.
- Lead cross-functional coordination (Sales, Trade Marketing, Design, Regulatory, Supply, etc.) to drive brand initiatives and ensure timely New Product Development (NPD) launches.
- Oversee innovation, advertising, activation, and promotion as part of brand plan deployment.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for new launches and existing brands, including post-campaign analysis to drive improvement.
- Provide monthly performance reports with insights based on market share, sell-in, and sell-out data, recommending actions for growth.
- Manage and execute brand launch campaigns and events to support product visibility and engagement.
- Develop promotional strategies and trade programs, including promotional packs in coordination with Trade Marketing.
- Monitor and manage brand budgets, ensuring A&P spending stays within allocation and drives ROI.
- Analyze consumer trends, category performance, market dynamics, and competition to inform brand strategy and identify opportunities.
- Work with Visual, Brand & Communications to ensure impactful and compliant brand materials.
- Lead monthly inventory and sales forecasts, keeping commercial teams informed of any supply changes.
- Partner with Trade Marketing and Sales on planning and execution of brand and trade strategies.
- Apply digital and social media best practices within brand marketing plans.
- Ensure all advertising complies with healthcare product regulations.
