Application Engineer

Responsibilities
\n\u25AA Provide technical helpline support to products and applications enquiries from Asia Sales subsidiaries technical
\nteams.
\n\u25AA Provide on-site support to customers to resolve product applications issues whenever deem necessary, including travel to Asian countries.
\n\u25AA Support Asia Sales subsidiaries in Service Level project services.
\n\u25AA Establish new solution for emerging product applications in Asia.
\n\u25AA Support products training for technical colleagues in Asia
\n\u25AA Working closely with key stakeholders (local & overseas) to continuously improve technical helpline productivity.
\n\u25AA Responsible to support rapid sales growth in Asia Pacific, including Turkey.

Requirements

\u25AA Must have 4-6 years of working experience in product application support or field application support.
\n\u25AA Possesses good knowledge of FA products including proximity sensors, area scanner, barcode reader, safety curtain, safety scanner.
\n\u25AA Pre/Post sales support/consultancy experience preferred.
\n\u25AA Working knowledge of Field Bus communication interface protocols (e.g. ProfiBus, ProfiNET, EtherNet/IP,
\nEtherCAT) will be a plus.
\n\u25AA Experience in integrating sensors (barcode scanner or camera-based products experience to IPC, PLC is
\nhighly desired.
\n\u25AA Possess project management skills in managing multiple tasks execution.
\n\u25AA Good communication and technical documentation skills.
