Responsibilities:

       - Lead and manage a sales support team, providing guidance and training for optimal performance.

       - Prepare and review accurate quotations in collaboration with the sales team.

       - Oversee organization and maintenance of sales-related documents and contracts.

       - Assist sales team with inquiries, order processing, and after-sales support.

       - Collaborate with the e-commerce team to streamline online sales processes.

       - Maintain regular client communication for exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

       - Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field

       - Proven experience in sales support; familiarity with the furniture industry is advantageous.

       - Strong leadership and team management skills.

       - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

       - Familiarity with sales processes and document management.

       - Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and online transaction support.
