Job Descriptions: \n\n1) Beverage Innovation \n\n\n\t- Manage demonstration and brand presentation with showmanship.
\n\t- Tasting / seminar / training / masterclasses and cost management (inclusive samples, ingredients, equipment tools and glassware).
\n\t- Constantly sharing trends related to company brand for application or new innovation.
\n\t- Conduct regular trainings for our key accounts in their venues and in company importers’ corporate training center or ours.
\n\t- Portray credible and reliable image in line with our brand expectation.
\n\t- Work closely with our team to support our partners in managing company promotions and customer service – provide recipes development and beverage solutions, trainings- to relevant channel of development to assure an important brand presence and development in the key markets & places.
\n\t- Develop recipes for different channels and applications (food service, bar, hotel & retail, cafe).
\n\t- Support creating syllabus for training schools under our CSR initiatives, functions as APAC lead and key point of contact, execution of trainings in this segment.
\n \n\n \n\n2) Supporting business development in SEA \n\n\n\t- Develop industry network, identify customers to penetrate, and brands to partner with.
\n\t- Initiate, develop and follow up with the assistance of company local sales personnel together with importers the sales in each channel, particularly the bar, hotels, coffeeshops and food service.
\n\t- Support sales with necessary actions in order to meet sales targets, such as: common business plans and reviews, range extensions and new product listings, customers’ training, development of beverage menus, promotional activities, KA presentations.
\n\t- Responsible for delivering and exceeding KPIs.
\n \n\n \n\n3) Marketing \n\n\n\t- Identify current market trends and opportunities for new product development to propose to management, and support NPD roll out activations once product is launched by marketing and R&D.
\n\t- Support SEA for national & regional trade shows happening in respective countries
\n\t- Support training visitors who visits company’s manufacturing plant, and hosting their market visit agenda.
\n\t- Lead and support regional trade shows organized by key accounts
\n\t- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and events, working with advertisers, media and sale team.
\n\t- Together with other company’s Beverage Experts develop half yearly trend update reports to share with the team, and importer partners.
\n\t- Creating drinks content for social media (Facebook/Instagram).
\n \n\n4) Reporting \n\n\n\t- Feedback management with information about market, competitors and customers: trends, expectations, successes, issues.
\n\t- Weekly business reporting to company’s Sales Director SEA.
\n\t- Participate twice a year to the region Asia business reviews.
\n\t- You will also be required to perform any other task related to this position.
\n \n\n \n\nJob Requirements: \n\n\n\t- Minimum of 5 years as a qualified Bartender or Barista or has working experience as a menu planner for chain accounts, with previous training experience preferred.
\n\t- Basic barista skills.
\n\t- A proficient level of English language in business communication and writing.
\n\t- Able to work under pressure of fast paced environment.
\n\t- Travel for work.
\n\t- Microsoft Office skills to develop presentations and reports.
\n\t- Having a strong network in the F&B industry.
\n\t- Candidate must be willing to work in Rawang, Selangor.
