Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as ingredient cutting, portioning, and simple cooking. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Support the chef in preparing soba dishes and maintaining smooth kitchen workflow. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including washing utensils, cleaning workstations, and ensuring proper food storage. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant SOPs at all times. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Provide support to hall staff when needed (serving dishes, clearing tables, or delivering food). \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Report directly to the Senior Kitchen Supervisor. \n\t \n \n
