We are assisting our reputable Construction Client to look for potentials to join their expending team in Langkawi
- Salary: RM4,000.00 to RM6,000.00 / mth
- Accommodations provided to Staff only
- Based in Langkawi
- Willing to work on 12 Months Renewable Contract basis
About the role:
- Assist Project Manager in managing all M&E related works at construction site.
- To liaise with subcontractors and client / consultants to ensure all M&E works are carried out as per drawings & specifications.
- Where necessary, identify and recommend improvements in M&E designs and construction techniques.
- Conduct M&E sub-contractors meeting and prepare minutes of meeting.
- Monitor and keep record of all M&E work activities at site for reporting.
- Assist Quantity Surveyor in verification of M&E sub-contractors’ progress claims.
- Liaising with government authorities when required.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering ( Mechanical / Electrical Engineering) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in M&E Construction Field is required for this position.
- Familiar with building construction (Mechanical & Electrical)
- Proactive, Responsible, Independent and Passionate
- Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure.
- Required Skill(s): Read Drawings, M&E Technical Skills
- Must be willing to be based in Langkawi
- Willing to work on 12 Months Renewable Contract basis
