- Develop, implement and monitor Service sales, structure, processes and policies in the Service organization
- Oversee Maintenance Services team’s daily activities in Malaysia
- Develop new service sales strategy to respond to market needs
- Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Work with planning team or engineering for the customer’s order rescheduling to adapt the demands change.
- Coordinate daily project delivery meeting with related function team with strike to achieve OTD (On Time Delivery), per the scheduled ship dates, status reports and conversations with customers..
- Ensuring KPI goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, on time delivery and responses.
