Job description:
- Provide field service support inclusive of system installation, modification and software upgrading.
- Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on high-speed printers.
- Provide 24/7 standby on-site service on a weekly rotational basis.
- Ensure key operator/ client trained in the correct usage of the machine when required.
