- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring full compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements, and local employment laws.
- Maintain and update comprehensive payroll records, including employee details, salary adjustments, allowances, deductions, overtime, and benefits.
- Coordinate closely with Human Resources to ensure payroll data for new hires, resignations, promotions, and other employee movements is accurately reflected.
- Calculate and administer salaries, bonuses, incentives, and statutory deductions such as taxes, insurance, and retirement contributions.
- Prepare, verify, and distribute payslips, ensure timely wage payments, and address payroll discrepancies or employee inquiries professionally.
- Generate payroll, tax, and statutory reports, support audits and year-end payroll activities, and ensure accurate submission to relevant authorities.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or related field.
- Experience using Oracle payroll or HR/ Payroll systems is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of local, state, and federal tax regulations and labor laws.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to address employee concerns and inquiries.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Immediate availability or ability to commence work at short notice is preferred.
