Job description:
Financial Reporting - Prepare the monthly, quarterly & annual report
- Analyse the monthly financial result before submitting to the management
Cash Flow Management - Monitor banking facilities & its utilisation
- Review credit control system & its effectiveness
- Verify the payroll details before salary payment (executive and above)
- Prepare the monthly cash flow report
Management Accounting - Review Product costing (BOM) system & its effectiveness Budget Control - Lead and co-ordinate the preparation of Company budget Financial Accounting - Maintain automated accounting instruction in PeopleSoft
- Create & review journal entries
- Review monthly accruals & provisions and monthly financial closing
Taxation - Tax compliance & tax planning assisted by tax agent
- Review of tax payable & provision required in financial statement
