Infrastructure Support Engineer (Mandarin Speaker) \n\nLeading Global Technology Consulting Firm \nKuala Lumpur | Full-Time | Early Career \nSalary: RM 3,300 - RM 5,000 \n\nPOSITION OVERVIEW \n\nJoin a dynamic IT Operations team as an Infrastructure Support Engineer! As the first point of contact for international public cloud customers, you'll provide technical support and be part of a global team of 774,000+ professionals driving digital transformation worldwide. \n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES \n\nTechnical Support & Troubleshooting \n\n\n\t- Provide remote technical support via ITSM platform, hotline, and instant messaging for international public cloud customers
\n\t- Utilize monitoring tools, log analysis, and related platforms to deep dive into cloud users' issues
\n\t- Accurately gather user requirements, identify technical issues, and escalate tickets to specialized teams
\n \n\nDocumentation & Knowledge Management \n\n\n\t- Document problem details clearly and prepare comprehensive escalation materials
\n\t- Create and maintain knowledge base articles to improve team resolution capabilities
\n\t- Proactively communicate troubleshooting progress to users and manage expectations effectively
\n \n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS \n\nEducation & Experience \n\n\n\t- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
\n\t- Experience providing IT technical support as a Level 1 or Level 1.5 engineer
\n\t- Familiarity with ITSM and ticket-driven workflow
\n \n\nTechnical Skills \n\n\n\t- Strong proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) - written and verbal communication
\n\t- Expertise in Linux or Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
\n\t- Understanding of core network concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, VPN, Load Balancers)
\n\t- Understanding of core services from at least one major public cloud (Tencent Cloud experience is a plus)
