WE'RE HIRING! Customer Service Executive – Digital Banking BILINGUAL POSITION

COMPENSATION: Up to RM4,500 per month (Negotiable for strong candidates)

\n\n

LOCATION: Menara UOA Business Park, Subang Jaya (LRT/KTM linked)

\n\n

WORKING HOURS: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM | 5 days work, 2 days off

\n\n

START DATE: ASAP

ABOUT THE ROLE

\n\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\n

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live chat • Foster positive relationships with clients in a dynamic contact center environment • Educate customers about digital banking products and platforms • Promote upselling and cross-selling of banking products and services • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally • Meet performance KPIs including customer satisfaction and sales targets

REQUIREMENTS

\n\n

Education: SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

\n\n

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Customer Service (banking/fintech/BPO/call center backgrounds preferred)

\n\n

Language Skills (COMPULSORY): Strong command of Mandarin and English (verbal & written)

\n\n

English Test: EFSET C1 level required (https://www.efset.org/) – Submit results with application

\n\n

Skills: • Strong phone handling and active listening abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems • Able to work rotational shifts supporting international markets
