\nAs a Merchant Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring retail stores to become service points for the platform. You will manage the entire process from lead generation to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and successful partnership with new stores. \n\nJob Responsibilities: \n\n\n\t- \n\t
Partner Acquisition: Acquire retail stores to become service points, offering parcel collection/drop-off services for sellers and buyers. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Target Locations: Pitch the service to stores based on a given list of targeted locations, and any eligible retail stores within a 250m radius. Eligible stores must be open at least 5.5 days a week, until 6 PM. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Process Handling: Manage the entire process from lead acquisition, contract signing, delivery of POSM (Point of Sale Materials), to onboarding and training of new partners. \n\t \n \n\nJob Requirements: \n\n\n\t- \n\t
Language Proficiency: Good command of Malay, English, and Mandarin, both written and spoken. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Relationship Management: Strong relationship management skills. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Independence: Ability to work independently and meet targets. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Confidence: Able to pitch confidently and achieve sales targets. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Personality: Outgoing and strong negotiation skills. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Excel Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Education: SPM level education or above. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
