\nAs an NSS Seller Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in acquiring new sellers for the platform across Malaysia, assisting them throughout the registration process, and ensuring smooth onboarding. You will also be responsible for building relationships and ensuring that sellers are set up for long-term success. \n\nJob Responsibilities: \n\n\n\t- Follow up on leads generated by Acquisition Leads.
\n\t- Assist with all documentation and steps needed to register sellers (account creation, contract signing, etc.).
\n\t- Perform proper handover of acquired sellers to the backend relationship management team after the seller incubation period.
\n\t- Perform regular outreach to sellers to obtain feedback and maintain minimal seller churn.
\n\t- Undertake regular travel to meet with leads across Malaysia.
\n\t- Proactively identify and pursue additional leads independently, beyond those provided.
\n\t- Willing to travel, including but not limited to the KV area, and have own transport.
\n \n\nJob Requirements: \n\n\n\t- Good command of Malay and English, both written and spoken.
\n\t- Good relationship management skills.
\n\t- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
\n\t- Able to pitch confidently and with a driven attitude to achieve sales targets.
\n\t- Outgoing personality and strong negotiation skills.
\n\t- Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management.
\n\t- Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
\n\t- Open for fresh graduates with diploma/degree level education or above.
