Job description:

Responsibilities

  • Handling recruitment coordination activities (screening, interview scheduling and administrative tasks)
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the job opportunities
  • Receiving and reviewing applications,
  • Managing interviews scheduling and creating a shortlist of candidates
  • Briefing the candidates about the job responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job.
  • Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond

Job Requirements 

  • Must possess at least a Diploma and above
  • Able to work in fast phase working environment
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin (as need to deal with China Counterparts)
  • Able to handle pressure
  • Able to work in Mid Valley
  • A winning mentality
  • Able to overcome the objection and be persistent
