Job description:
Responsibilities - Handling recruitment coordination activities (screening, interview scheduling and administrative tasks)
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the job opportunities
- Receiving and reviewing applications,
- Managing interviews scheduling and creating a shortlist of candidates
- Briefing the candidates about the job responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job.
- Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
Job Requirements - Must possess at least a Diploma and above
- Able to work in fast phase working environment
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (as need to deal with China Counterparts)
- Able to handle pressure
- Able to work in Mid Valley
- A winning mentality
- Able to overcome the objection and be persistent
