Join our dynamic team at leading E-commerce company and be part of our commitment to delivering excellence in the digital retail landscape. \n\nPosition Overview: \nAs a Collections Executive, you will play a vital role in managing debt-related conversations with customers, formulating repayment strategies, and ensuring timely settlements of outstanding balances. \n\nJob Responsibilities: \n\n\n\t- Engage in debt-related conversations with customers and develop customized repayment strategies.
\n\t- Manage customers’ repayment obligations through outbound collections and recovery calls.
\n\t- Achieve/exceed assigned targets while adhering to collections methodologies and regulatory policies.
\n\t- Act as the focal point for customer inquiries regarding overdue accounts.
\n \n\nJob Requirements: \n\n\n\t- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
\n\t- Experience in collections or call center background is advantageous.
\n\t- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
\n\t- Excellent problem-solving skills and composure under pressure.
\n\t- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Malay. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

\n \n\nWorking Arrangements: \n\n\n\t- Normal shift on weekdays (9.30 am – 6.30 pm)

\n\t- Employees are required to work on the 2nd and 11th of every month, regardless of whether these dates fall on weekends.
