Job description:
Company Background Our well-established client a Multinational Food Manufacturer is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented candidate for the position of Warehouse Assistant Manager to be based in Negeri Sembilan. - 5 working days
- 13th month salary

Main Responsibilities: 1. Manage stock inventory, ensure 100% stock accuracy and stock at optimum level at all times: - Oversee monthly stock take and liaising with production on cut-off arrangement.
- Carry out monthly stock reconciliation (SAP versus 3PL WMS system).
2. Liaise with 3PL on: - Request KPI report every month together with billing invoices, study and analyze for continuous improvement.
- Issue ASN to 3PL and arrange for delivery on requested items.
3. Manage warehouse daily operation to ensure good handling, available of stock, cleanliness & safety: - Supervise weekly planning of raw & packaging material for continuous production usage.
- Liaise with local authority on waste disposal declaration (Laporan Pelupusan Sisa Pepejal).
- Negotiate with vendors on forklift maintenance charges, spare parts charges and pricing of re-sellable recycle materials (bottle, plastic, cardboard paper, pallet).
- Verify inbound / outbound documentation of warehouse.
- SAP data maintenance on Warehouse View, stock adjustment, reversal, change of batch & etc.
4. Plan & manage LOSCAM pallet inventory for company & 3PL warehouses: - Deal with LOSCAM company on usage, damages, return & charges of pallets.
5. Verify billing invoices from 3PL, LOSCAM company, transporters and waste disposal company. Submit to Finance Function on timely basis. 6. Involve and perform “promotional co-packing” activities & “re-work” project when necessary: - Promotion co-packing: - Supervise and coordinate with Purchasing / sub-contractor / 3PL till activity is completed.
7. Observe cost savings including warehouse storage space, handling, transport arrangement, forklift maintenance & etc. 8. Reports preparation: - - Monthly warehouse activity report updates for Operation Meeting.
- Monthly warehouse accrual report – obtain information from 3PL and provide to Customer Service, and/or Import & Export team for verification, compilation and submission to Finance Function.
9. Perform as Food Safety team member / Halal internal committee / internal auditor. 10. Perform ad-hoc assignment upon request by the superior.
Requirements: - Minimum in Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role or managing warehouse teams.
- Experience in using 3PL warehouse management systems (WMS) or SAP system.
