Channel:

• 80% Foodservices: Foodservices Wholesalers, Industrial Customers, Central Kitchen and Top Chinese A/B in South

• 20% Retail: Ecoshop and top retailers in Malacca (e.g. Family Mart, NSK etc.)

Reporting Line:

• Report to Foodservice Manager, dotted report to Assistant Area Sales Manager (retail business only)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the achievement of foodservices annual in-market Sales target, driving growth through the agreed key foodservices sub-channels.

• Grow strong relationship with identified wholesalers to grow food service business

• Maintain and expand distribution channel /network and build strong customer relationship through excellent customer service

• Identify leads and market potential to expand customer base in the foodservice channel and extend product range usage of the customers

• Plan, implement and evaluate promotional activities with the foodservice customers within the assigned area/channel.

• To track, monitor and analyze product, channel and customer sales trends in order to maximize sales opportunities and achieve desired sales results.

• Work closely with the distributor and wholesalers to ensure excellence customer and delivery service.

• Provide market intelligence regarding to market trend and competitor activities in the foodservice channel and provide recommendations for follow-up action whenever required.

• Prepare sales and product penetration report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements

• Experience in FMCG sales, preferably from leading MNC food companies

• Experience in Food Services (HORECA), working experience in other trade channels will be considered; and experience working through distributors is highly preferred

• Must be based in Melaka
