Overall Scope & Purpose:

HR Business Partner plus Selected HR Specialist role

Duties & Responsibilities: -

HR Business Partner for the commercial business unit – South Asia. Responsible for the following scopes:

  • Recruitment & manpower planning – responsible in end to end recruitment activitiesinclusiveofsourcing,shortlisting&interviewsandsupportsuperiorinseniormanagerialrecruitment.
  • PerformanceManagement–ensuretimelycommunication&process,compile&provideanalysis, follow-up actions and PIP.
  • Manpowerbudgetsubmission andcost monitoringof ownbusiness unit.
  • Talentmanagementandcareerdiscussion–facilitatetheprocessandpartnerwithline managersin the process.
  • HRPolicies–responsibleimplementationandprovideinterpretationto theemployees.
  • Audit–supportinrelevantaudits:GMP,ISO,Halal,internalandexternalaudit,taxauditetc
  • Industrial Relations–manage employees’ disciplinary matters and misconducts.
  • Participate in Volunteer Team
  • Responsible for any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by line manager. 

HR Specialist role in the following areas:

  • Learning & Development strategies and implementation and drive Corporate Culture program.  Deliver selected training programs when required. 
  • Employee Engagement–EmployeesEngagementsurvey,awardsandrecognitionsforemployees,engagementplanandactivities,externalawardsparticipation.

Education & Experience: -

  • DegreeholderinHRManagementorBusinessAdministrationorrelateddisciplines.
  • HR generalist with a minimum of 12 years ofexperience in HR
  • Experience in handling any 2 of the following HR specialized areas will be an addedadvantage: Talent acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development,   Employee Engagement, Employee&Industrial Relations.
  • Regional exposure working with employees from different culture backgrounds. 

Requirements & Skill: -

  • High integrity and compliance
  • Excellent communication & good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Preferably able to speak Mandarin
