Production Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct random check on finished products and work in progress products to determine conformance to quality and specifications

• Maintain the housekeeping and sanitation of the plant to comply with established standards

• Ensure compliance with food safety policy and other standards established such as ISOs and HACCP

• Work closely with maintenance team to formulate action plan to solve issue related to machine breakdown to minimize downtime

• Develop production schedule with Production Manager so that maximum productivity is achieved

• Ensure adequate and timely availability of raw materials for production process

• Ensure daily production operation waste at minimum level which inclusive of packaging and raw material wastage from every process point

• To prepare production performance report with data analysis and budget

• Establish production SOP and organize periodical refresher training on all SOP

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in production/manufacturing. Experience in food manufacturing industry is an added advantage

• Ability to speak in Mandarin language

• Flexible – Able to work on rotation shift basis if required

• Must be willing to work in Shah Alam
