Specialization: FINANCE CORPORATE FINANCE OR INVESTMENT OR MERCHANT BANKING
Job description:
- Leading fundraising activities (Main focus on debt fundraising)
- Special projects with current and potential financial institutions
- Analyze and provide financial trends in the consumer financing and ecommerce industry, shareholder issues, competitor behavior and anything else that could have an impact on the business
- Assist the Head of Strategy in carrying out other ad-hoc tasks/ strategic projects
- Strong and wide investor network (Especially in banking and multi-finance industry)
- Work experience preferably in Banking/ Security firm/ Private Debt.
- Must be able to demonstrate a good level of knowledge and understanding of Financial statements, corporate finance and financial modelling
- As you will be dealing with investors and shareholders, the ideal candidate will need to have good communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.
