Job Purpose: \nThe Comex Senior Executive is integral to ensuring seamless operation, troubleshooting, and enhancement of \nsales-related software and systems while spearheading new project implementations to improve sales \nstrategies and overall team performance. This role demands a strong technical acumen, project management \nexpertise, and problem-solving skills to optimize sales processes and outcomes. \n \nJob Responsibilities: \nSoftware Troubleshooting: Identify, address, and resolve issues within sales-related software and tools \nto ensure uninterrupted functionality and efficiency. \n• New Project Implementation: Assists the Project Lead with the execution of innovative sales initiatives, \nfrom planning and design to deployment and evaluation. \n• Performance Analytics: Analyze software data to assess system efficacy and recommend improvements \nto streamline sales operations. \n• Process Optimization: Collaborate with relevant teams to refine workflows and integrate software \nsolutions that support strategic objectives. \n• Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to sales teams on the efficient use of software \nsolutions and tools. \n• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, operations, and other departments to coordinate \nsoftware updates and new implementations \n \nJob Requirements: \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve system challenges \neffectively. \n• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field; certifications in software or project \nmanagement are a plus. \n• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. \nKey Competencies: \n• Problem Solving Skill: Proficient in identifying system inefficiencies and implementing solutions swiftly. \n• Collaboration: Strong ability to work across departments to achieve cohesive outcomes \n
