►        Working with customers to identify software, equipment and printer’s problem and advising on a probable solution;

►        To ensure all issues are properly logged and to analyze them so as to spot common trends and underlying problems;

►        Updating self-help documents (technical, operation procedure and report) and training of customers, so that problems can be fix by themselves;

►        To evaluate material and printer capabilities and to provide technical support and solutions to customers when needed;

►        To assist your Manager in creating and testing software (system), in complying with configuration requirements for all equipment and in handling all queries from customers.

►        To assist your manager to install/execute new system in the field.
