  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies (online channels, job boards, social media, networking events).
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.)
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position myTukar as an employer of choice.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, JobStreet, social media, and ATS tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience recruiting for tech, automotive, or startup environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, or similar)
