Job description:
- Responsible for the technical support in the company.
- Ensure the normal day to day operations of servers, computers and other hardware/peripheral devices in office.
- Assist in implementing short-term and long-term information technology solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
- Supervise projects activities.
- Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring.
- Monitoring the daily progress of projects and ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Manage expectations, control and track project performance.
- Reporting project status on a weekly basis to customer and the project team.
- Coordinate with other departments and organizational entities to identify and monitor issues, impacts and dependencies.
- Communicate with vendors and project manager to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
