Job Descriptions:
- Extensive hands-on experience in mechanical related equipment such as valves, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, pumps, gearboxes, etc.
- Well verse in maintenance, troubleshooting, assessment, and repair work with the above-mentioned equipment.
- Able to work independently to perform overhaul (including disassembly, inspection, and reassembly) of mechanical related equipment at workshop and field site.
- Ensure work done and spare parts used are in compliance with manufacturers or industrial specifications.
- Perform quality inspection on serviced equipment before handing over to customer.
- Timely update of maintenance checklist and records.
- Attend all specified OEM, skill enhancement and safety courses assigned by Manager.
- Any other work assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements:
Education / Experience:
- Diploma / Adv. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role.
Functional Skills:
- Good knowledge and experience in mechanical related equipment (static and rotating).
- Proficient in using precision measuring tools.
- Basic skill in MS Office.
- Valid Class-D Driving License.
Soft Skills:
- Safety and quality-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-pace and challenging environment.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
