Job description:
- Execution and delivery of day-to-day HR operational activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll processing.
- Oversee the administrative support for schemes introduced by HR from time to time, such as Employee Referral Scheme, Insurance, Medical and other Benefit Schemes.
- Undertake documentation; maintain updates and refinements of payroll procedures.
- Perform ongoing reviews of work processes and SOPs for service delivery excellence opportunities as well as to solidify control to ensure internal and external audit/ regulatory compliance.
- Work with internal stakeholders on adhoc HR projects and resolution of payroll and benefits issues.
- Provide first-level support to employees on ‘most commonly asked’ questions regarding payroll and benefits.
- Coordinate and support payroll audit and compliance reviews.
