Job description:

  • Execution and delivery of day-to-day HR operational activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll processing. 
  • Oversee the administrative support for schemes introduced by HR from time to time, such as Employee Referral Scheme, Insurance, Medical and other Benefit Schemes. 
  • Undertake documentation; maintain updates and refinements of payroll procedures. 
  • Perform ongoing reviews of work processes and SOPs for service delivery excellence opportunities as well as to solidify control to ensure internal and external audit/ regulatory compliance. 
  • Work with internal stakeholders on adhoc HR projects and resolution of payroll and benefits issues. 
  • Provide first-level support to employees on ‘most commonly asked’ questions regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Coordinate and support payroll audit and compliance reviews.
