Job description:

Job Summary

Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source applicants through different channels including professional networks
  • Screening and reviewing of candidate's profile and conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role and the organization
  • Engagement with candidates on the completion of assessment and interview scheduling
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
  • Conduct phone call interview with candidates.
  • Undertake documentation, maintain updates and refinements of recruitment operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings on candidates
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate recruitment practices to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement Requirements:
  • At least a recognised Degree in HR, business, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a large organization
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methods

 

Requirement:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude • Process oriented with a good eye for details
  • Strong team player
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work 100% on site
  • Able to work with limited access to mobile phone
