                                    Job description: 
                                    RESPONSIBILITIES  - Quality regimented calling on targeted customer to offer repayment assistance. 
 - To coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for agreement execution, documents & approvals till credit approval stage. 
 - To verify and perform KYC on application information in submitted documents. 
 - Monitoring and managing post RA repayment performance of customers. 
 - Managing inbound enquiries regarding repayment assistance / variation of agreement. 
 - Attending any other duties assigned by superior/HOD from time to time
 
 REQUIREMENTS  - Minimum Bachelor of Degree qualification in Business Administration/ Baking/ Finance or relevant working experience will be considered. 
 - Minimum 2 years and above experience in banking & finance/ customer relationship management. 
 - Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia 
 - Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel & PowerPoint. Basic knowledge in commanding Large Language Model (LLM) is preferred
