Company Background \n\nOur client is a multinational company (MNC) headquartered in Taiwan in the electrical and electronics industry with global operations. Currently, they are looking for a SMT Engineer to be based in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan. \n\n\n\t- Monday to Friday
\n\t- Allowance will be provided
\n\t- Free meal provided
\n\t- 13th month salary
\n \n\n \n\n Roles & Responsibilities: \n\n\n\t- Engineer will primarily be responsible for evaluating, implementing and monitoring processes and operating systems for the SMT department.
\n\t- Will be expected to support SMT equipment, AOI, SPI, Xray, Wave solder machine and rework equipment.
\n\t- Program Xray inspection machine
\n\t- Debug, and maintain SMT pick and place equipment
\n\t- Create soldering profiles for SMT reflow ovens and wave solder and rework equipment.
\n\t- Finetune the SPI (solder paste inspection) machines inspection criteria
\n\t- Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and rollout new procedures
\n\t- Evaluate, implement, and monitor SMT processes and operating systems
\n\t- Monitors and improves efficiency, output, and safety of manufacturing processes
\n\t- Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades
\n\t- Communicate with supervisors and peers to resolve issues
\n\t- Participate in company or special training classes with emphasis on employee improvement
\n\t- Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards
\n\t- Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
\n \n\n \n\nRequirements: \n\n\n\t- Minimum of 3 years working experience in electronic manufacturing environment
\n\t- Must be able to do analysis on all SMT equipment and process related issue
\n\t- Ability to work well independently and within a team
\n\t- Ability to read engineering documentation, strong written and verbal communication skills
\n\t- Working experience with RoHS and no clean processes
\n\t- Working knowledge of IPC-610 and J-STD001 workmanship criteria
