Job description:
- To handle all inbound calls/request from Maxis Home customers which need to follow thru from the end of each case to end and with minimal supervision
- This includes inquiries and complaints on HOME products which includes billing, promotion and technical related
- To sell and upsell HOME products thru inbound calls in an effort to increase revenue
- To provide a good customer experience and first contact resolution while observing internal guidelines and quality assurance
