Senior Account Manager / Account Director 

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid customers in their success using our services. This will be done by developing client engagement strategies and applying appropriate level of communication with clients, to build a solid relationship and ultimately grow our businesses. This candidate should also be able to think critically when making plans and have a proven record of leading a team and working on concurrent projects. 

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing a client servicing team in order manage clients, partners and internal stakeholders
• Ability to plan, execute and reports on on-going projects to ensure that they are delivered with high quality, on-time and within allocated budget
• Create and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Serve as the escalation contact for client management matters, and ability to resolve day-to-day challenges and escalate to management when required
• Maintain and grow existing business
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Manage suppliers, project/proposals profitability and comfortable in presenting to clients

Qualifications

• Previous account management experience with a relevant degree OR minimum 6 years of industry related experience
• Proven track record of managing and developing a team
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experienced digitally, articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
• Focused and goal oriented with proven knowledge and execution of successful project and growth strategies
• Good organisation and planning skills. Strong attention to detail and willing to constantly learn.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and other project management tools
• Willingness and ability to travel

Salary

RM 8k – RM 12k depends on experience.
