Job description:

We're looking for Key Account Manager who can provide a stellar client service experience. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and be a consultant for the digital world. In this role, you are required to be a strategic thinker & planner, an enthusiastic collaborator and accountable to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns/projects. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to our business's growth via creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

 

Responsibility 

 

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Present digital marketing strategies to clients and increase client value over time
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement 
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with tech team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Able to discuss UI/UX, creative, technical solutions with team members and clients
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

 

Qualifications

 

•             At least 4 years of working experience in in Advertising / Web Agency

•             Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

•             At least Diploma or higher education in Advertising / Mass Comm / Web Design or equivalent.

•             Able to multi-task and have positive mind-set

•             Strong attention to detail, willing to learn & improve. Good organisation and planning skills

•             Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office

•             Start date: ASAP
