Presales and Support Engineer

We are representing our established Technology client who is looking for Presales and Support Engineer to join their dynamic team that is based in Damansara

Your responsibilities:

• Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process
• Liaising with product principal to gain customers related in-depth knowledge, and let them in on user behaviour and/or any potential changes clients would like
• Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
• Provide technical support to existing contracted customer based on the SLA
• Documentation such as Statement of Work and proposal
• Encouraging clients to purchase additional services, upgrades etc
• Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research
• Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree / Diploma in IT, Engineering (electronic / Mechatronic)
• Minimum 1 - 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Good Communication & Presentation Skills
• Interest in and understanding of the industry – often a technology-related one
• Ability to research and keep on top of industry developments

Required Skills:

• Windows Server OS
• Linux OS
• Scripting and basic programming for any programming language (Java, C++, VB.Net, Phyton)
• Knowledge of SQL and Non SQL database
• Networking knowledge
• Knowledge of cloud computing
