Specialization: CLERICAL OR ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Job description:
Responsibilities: - To prepare sales related documents such as pricing, quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices and contracts throughout the sales process.
- To coordinate the arrival of all shipments of goods with the distributors and ensure timely delivery of goods to the warehouse and customers.
- Ensure the mandatory reporting for regulatory and licensing are maintained and archived according to the requirements.
- Assist in all other administrative task as assigned.
Requirements: - Degree in any discipline with a CGPA of 3.0 and above.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
- Independent, hardworking, team player and willing to learn new things.
