E-Commerce Executive

• Assist with sales and marketing efforts for the Company’s local and export businesses involving plant pots, dinnerware, and other products. 
• Assist with the management of the Company’s website and other online sales and marketing platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Alibaba, and E-Perolehan. 
• Maintain the Company’s databases such as price lists, customer lists, and inventory lists.
• Respond to customers via email, telephone, and e-commerce websites.
• Generate quotations, invoices, and other documents.
• Arrange for packaging and delivery of goods and samples.
• Coordinate with Shipping, Production, Procurement, and other relevant departments
• Analyse and report on sales and marketing performance.
• Analyse competitor pricing, market trends, and other market information
