Job description:
Senior Human Resource Executive - Wanda Auto Car Sdn Bhd Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition - Handle full cycle recruiting procedure, including sourcing, interview, on-board and ensure right candidates selected who fit the role and company culture.
- Sourcing and coordinating of job posting with candidates screening, interview, pre-employment check-up, job offering etc and administer the relevant documentation
- Monitoring on the staff movement including staff confirmation, transfer, resignation and promotion.
- Administrate & conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
- Maintain and updating of total headcount report by subsidiary and group on timely basis
- Establish and implement wide spectrum of human resources strategies including performance management, talent selections, on job training, culture building and staff career developments.
Documentation - Preparing HR letters, staff movement documentation, attendance record, leaves records, staff activities relating to employment, compensation, and employee relations etc
- Prepare, issue, and maintain Payroll and Personal Documentation, which includes Offer Letter, Confirmation Letter and etc.
- Manage overall payroll processing including monthly wages payment, prompt submission of statutory payment and documents i.e. EPF, Socso, EIS and Income Tax Deductions.
- Prepare and compile staff incentives record on monthly basis according to company incentive matrix.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.
Management - Familiarized with employment act with experience in handling employee grievances, counselling, carrying out investigation with regards to employee disciplinary issue and overall coordination of Domestic Inquiry until full closure
- Capable in drafting the HR related Memo in clear and professional manner
- Strong networking among HR practitioners in the industries and to be updated on any changes a with regards to new government ruling on timely basis
- Establish and enforced HR policies, regulations and procedures effectively.
Basic Requirements - Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resource Management and/or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Language proficiency: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent oral, written and inter-personal communications skills adapt at dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
- Experience in developing HR systems, policies, best practice and standards
- Able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion
- Good knowledge of Labour laws and Employee Relations Systems.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing with all levels
- Familiar and competent in operating with Microsoft applications and system such as MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint, HRMS System.
