Job description:

Your tasks:

 Set up, establish and operate HR function in new Manufacturing Facility in close cooperation

with Headquarters

 Develop, implement and execute procedures, processes, policies and systems along

Employee Life Cycle, especially

o Personnel Planning

o Recruitment and Onboarding Process

o Ensure timely and reliable Payroll Execution

o Develop and implement Compensation & Benefits Program and other employment

conditions in alignment with Corporate Standards

o Identify and evaluate third party vendors

o HR IT and Controlling

 Function as HR Business Partner to Leadership Team as well as being trusted contact for

Staff

 Support Leadership Team in creating a high-performance work ethic

 Monitor and control Personnel Expenses according to agreed Budgets

Your profile:

 Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree with focus on Human Resources Management

 5-8 Years of experience in Human Resources Management of Mid-Size Companies,

preferably with Headquarters abroad (European Origin, if not German)

 Solid experience in operational HR including recruiting, people development, HR planning

and HR controlling within manufacturing industry, preferably for international companies

 Multiple years of experience in mid-size, preferably family-owned, businesses

 Detailed and precise work ethic with strong integrity

 Entrepreneur spirit, excited to be part of the set-up

 Very hands-on to deal with a variety of tasks, comfortable starting as a single contributor

 In-depth understanding of German culture, work practices and standards  Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English; Mandarin and German as a plus
