Job description:
Your tasks: - Acting as the client representative at the construction site
- Supervising the work of the main con and its sub cons
- Ensuring inspection of work is carried out to the fulfillment of specification
- Reporting to Project Manager on the progress of work of the main contractor
- Coordinating between engineer consultants, main contractor and project management
- Initiating, organizing and realizing all facility management tasks which need to be established for a new factory (e.g. cleaning-, waste-, security concepts as well as maintenance concepts of all technical equipment and the building and site itself) Setting up, monitoring and improving maintenance procedures, schedules and frequencies in SOP’s (preventive maintenance system)
- Overseeing the overall maintenance of the property and ensuring that the property is in compliance with all laws, regulations, policies and procedures
- Recommending, organizing and coordinating improvements, maintenance and repairs as needed with external services to ensure security and safety requirements of the property
- Developing and maintaining a safety, security and emergency management system
- Supporting external audits
- Supporting and coordinating all construction activities for further expansions
Your profile: - Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil), Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent
- Working experience in facility management of a factory > 7 years and working experience in supervising construction projects
- Experience in facility management and maintenance of building and technical equipment
- Experience in manufacturing and logistic tasks
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and execution abilities
- Strong project management skills and good skills in Microsoft Office and Maintenance software
- Team player, independent action taking, execution abilities
