• Responsible to sustain the manufacturing operation ensuring productivity and customer quality requirement are strictly followed and adhered.
• Abnormality that will jeopardized operational failure & personal safety must be treated with due diligent ensuring customer’s need is not impacted.
• Skilled in Project Scheduling, Time Management and ISO System Implementation.
• New project mould assembly with buy off and trial, setting injection molding process according to the plastic resin materials as well. Mould Module Changer over’s According to the Production Plan Feasibility. 
• Support toolmakers & technician according to the mould repair and setting process.
• Trouble shooting & Predictive Maintenance &  preventive maintenance & Hot runner moulds services according to the everyday output– (mould masters,husky,yudo,unitech )
• Modification of mould spare part by using Tool room Machines Like  Lathe , Grinding Machine, Super drill, Co -Ordinate Drilling Machine, Milling Machine etc.   
• Substantial knowledge in Quality Management systems such as QC, and 5S, ISO –Ts Documentation. Mold maintenance records.
• Planning for New projects, In various machines according to the manufacturing feasibility. Mould inserts spare parts according to the company spending requirement order & mould spare parts vendors(china,Malaysia,singapure)
• Project scheduling as per the Model requirements 
• Manufacturing & Modification for the Mould & its spare parts according to the Production requirements. 
• Improve the machine cycle time according to the top management requirements.
• Various type of mold testing plan with insert vertical mold switch over to modify to run with horizontal molding machine (real to real)
• Hands on experience in the plastic processing on different machines like, Sumitomo, FANUC, SODICK, NISSIE. NISSIE VERTICAL ROTARY MACHINE,NISSIE VERTICAL MACHINE
