• To lead all the team members with personal hands on execution too
• All functional team leaders below will be reporting to this person:
• 2 Talent Acquisition lead (AM level) which also handle 3rd party foreign worker intake
• 1 Payroll Executive + 1 general payroll land admin support
• 2 HSE officers (1 AM and 1 Exec)
• 1 Dispatch
• 1 Receptionist
• 1 Welfare Officer
• 1 Tea Lady
• 3rd Party Cleaners
• Dotted line security personnel
