Commercial Manager

Job Description: 

• Planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation to completion 

• Responsible for leading the overall Business Growth and Strategy 

• Monitor and analyze the competition of cross border shipping’s solution 

• Establish innovative Product and Pricing for local market 

• Monitor the development of the website and application so it’s aligned with local product 

• Plan & Execute the market penetration’s strategy together with Marketing/Digital Marketing 

• Oversight of financial records with accurate performance tracking

Job Requirement:

• Possess Bachelor Degree or above in Business Management/ Commercial / Supply Chain Management/ similar discipline

• At least 5 years working experience in the related business fields. Prior experience in the cross-border shipping platform/ e-commerce will be an added advantage

• Good written and oral skill in English, Mandarin/Cantonese, Malay Language

• Result oriented, numerically strong, and strong analytical skills • Track records in managing projects and supervising subordinates is a MUST

• Able to manage and execute task independently, and effectively communicate with your superior on the progress and obstacles • Ability to work efficiently in an e-commerce focused environment and be agile in responding to changing markets and operating environments • Possess good interpersonal skills to interact with different stakeholders (internally & externally)
