Job description:
- Delivering business objectives while respecting company’s profit & loss requirements for each customer under care
- Develop winning strategy by leveraging on the company’s business strength in a sustainable way
- Perform sales visitation, sell-in and payment collection to retailers for the assigned region or customer base
- Maintain a strong business relationship with retailers by means of periodic meeting with buyers, planned outlet visitation, promotion planning, road show arrangements, effective planning/activity/POSM execution and maintaining adequacy of retail stocks
- Enhance product categorial growth via new product offerings and distribution/customer base expansion
- Train & develop retailer/promoters for the assigned outlets
- Gather and examine information and market feedbacks on competitor’s activities
- Propose strategies for sales success for the assigned region or customer base
- Submitting all required reports on prompt manner
- Establish and maintain relationship with reseller and key account decision marker
- Work together with promoter management team to manage selling out /stock in channel
- Manage channels COOP expenses
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain team, to ensure that Sales forecast accuracy KPI is achieved
- Explore new growth opportunities and develop new sales opportunities with the channels (specifically on Offline- Online channel/partners)
- Ability to lead and coach a subordinate, Area Sales Executive to success and oversee Southern’s business
