Job description:
- Provide leadership, direction and management of the division finance and accounting team at subsidiary companies
- Responsible for management of all aspects of corporate/ financial/ accounting functions inclusive of financial planning, budgetary controls, treasury management, tax planning, forecasting & etc
- Preparation of Statutory Reporting and Governance
- Support senior management with financial information and analysis for decision making. Perform ad-hoc projects, analysis and forecasting related to accounts activity
- Drive financial improvement and budgetary achievement statements, Year-end Audit
- Prepare monthly EXCO reporting (financial and analysis)
- Prepare Quarterly report for BOD (financial and analysis)
- Support, mentor and develop finance employees for today and the future
