Job description:
- Market analysis on potential sites among malls, shoplots & others
- Perform feasibility study to be presented to Management for approval. This includes running the future profit analysis to look into viability of commercial terms at said location
- Improve profit: Negotiate favourable terms and conditions for lease tenancy to turn around non-performing locations
- Tenancy agreement: Preparing and vetting through of Tenancy/Legal documents (This includes ensuring deposits related to the TA is paid in a timely manner)
- Team members development: Guide and develop team members
- Responsible for job assignments from time to time
Requirements: - Degree in any fields
- 7-8 years of working experience in sales and business development
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to travel within Malaysia
