Job description:
Job Responsibilities: - To contact existing merchants on Shopee and negotiate deals with them (e.g. discounts, vouchers, free shipping packages)/ (sellers/merchant to provide deals or free shipping programmes to the buyers during Shopee's mega-campaigns).
- Carries out any other related duties and responsibilities assign.
- Ensure efficient escalation of priority request /feedback towards an effective resolution.
Job Requirements: - Must poses Bachelors Degree in any fields.
- Must have at least 1-2 years of working experience, coupled with strong client management and negotiation skills.
- Has prior experience in making multiple calls (30-40) per day.
- Comfortable speaking to strangers over phone and via text.
- Excellent command English and Malay.
- Driven and motivated.
- Has passion in the e-Commerce industry.
- Able to commit to 6 months contract duration.
- Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.
Remuneration & Other info: - Basic Salary: RM2, 800.00 per month (contract for services)
- NO EPF & Socso Deduction (as this is “Contract for Services”)
- Working days: 5-day work week in rotation
- Working hours: 9.30 am – 6.30 pm
